Closed Accessories?

I haven't seen any cats explicitly wearing accessories of any kind and the design section of the roleplay faq doesn't say anything on the subject? Are there any rules about accessories (collars, scarves, herbs, feathers, etc) or are the just not generally used? Asking because I was thinking about a loner to be wearing a neckscarf of some kind.

We generally allow accessories to an extent! Outsiders can have collars / whatever twoleg accessories, but keep in mind if it's something like a scarf / feathers in their fur / etc, it'd probably fall off pretty quickly ^^ We also allow cats to make flower crowns !! @Collieheart
