Closed ooc club?

could i create a sort of ooc club?
where would i put the sign ups?

it would be a WCUE (Warrior Cats Ultimate Edition on Roblox) club where people could make morph-trading ads, roleplay + private server ads, chat about WCUE and stuff! also, people could share free morph/character ideas up for steal

i think it would be cool for WCUE players

Pretty sure those are allowed. 'Armies' (clubs basically) used to be fairly comon. If you did make one it would go in the General Board IIRC. Assuming that it follows the WCO guidelines, you should be okay.
