Default leopard storing her stuff for reading class

uh hi i need to put some info for reading class down so dm this thread..

  • elephants are some of the most intelligent mammals on the planet
  • keeping animals in circuses is physically and mentally cruel for animals
  • keeping endangered animals well-cared for in captivity for breeding is good for the species
  • wild elephants may walk up to 40 miles a day
  • silverback gorillas have a longer lifespan in captivity then elephants
  • in the wild, elephants live in large, social herds
  • due to their massive body weight, elephants' bones and joints sustain enormous pressure.
  • gorillas have very similar characteristics to humans, making it hard to care for them.
  • the size of a gorilla makes it more easier for a zoo to provide more appropiately for the mental and physical needs then the elephant.
  • the best success for both species is to live in a protected, natural sanctuary in their national habitat.

If you were an animal, would you want to live in the wild or in captivity???

definetely the wild, capivity generally wouldn't be safe or good for you
