Once Dawnstar was finished with her most recent announcements, Woollyfeather trotted over to the newly named Wildshore, pride gleaming in her eyes. The lilac point might not have been her mentor, but she walkways felt some sort of gratitude to see an apprentice she helped become a warrior.
It might have been because none of her own apprentices have stayed around long enough to see their warrior ceremony, though.....
But no matter! Wildshore was one she'd been particularly fond of and was only sorry she hadn't had many opportunities to speak to her after their battle training together.
Woollyfeather purred a greeting to the new warrior.
"Wildshore! What a lovely name."
As much as she'd love to brush against the other cat, she resisted, unsure if the other molly would be comfortable with her attempt at affection.
"Since you'll be moving to the warrior's den after this, I was wondering if you'd like to go out and collect some things to decorate your nest with, or perhaps some plants that'll make your nest smell nice!"
She didn't always help new warriors make the nest that would be placed in a chosen spot in the warrior's den, but it was something she enjoyed doing. Picking pretty things to adorn or make a nest comfortable was a fantastic way to distinguish one's nest from everyone else's. No more having to remove intruders that mistook your nest for their own!
Or at least it happened less often.

wildshore smiled as her favorite woollybestie approached her. "oh. m. gosh! hii woollybestie!! totes great to see you and aww, thank you!! i knew dawnbestie would make an amazing choice with my name since she is pristine and all, i bet her enforcers or whatever chose the names for all other cats in this clan because they all suck." wildshore perked her ears at the next question, ooh! she quite liked that idea, redecorating and all. "oh of course!! i'd totes love that, ill go ahead and get stuff from my old nest and i'll meet you there? i can't wait to see how questionable your decoration choice is bestie!!" wildshore frankly didn't trust anyone in shadowclan with decorating things, as the crust they held was faar too much for her but she supposed woollybestie would maybe be a little better at it.. hopefully.

Woollyfeather.... tried, she really did try to keep up with what Wildshore was saying. She knew what these words meant separately, but when strung up the way that only Wildshore could, she quite easily got lost.
And yet it was an oddly charming quality that worked in a way only she could manage. With a chuckle and soft shake of her head, she decided to do this her way.
"Sure, and after we can get you some new material for your nest. I'm sure you'll want something better than moss."
Her eyes gleamed with a hint of mischief as she trotted to the warrior den, where she'd promised to meet her.
