Closed Purrks question!

So, you can have multiple perks on one cat.
But is there a limit for the user on how many Purrks they can have?
Like could I put three on one cat and three on another?

Each character can have up to three active purrks, plus however many 1-time-use purrks! You can find the purrks thread here. @Beetlenose
