Cinderblaze grinned as Snakebite dispatched the female raccoon, a sense of satisfaction bubbling inside him. He called out to the other warrior. "Good. Are you capable of skinning an animal? I was planning on teaching Cloversun, but I believe she is preoccupied with Cougarivy up there." As he walked over to the male raccoon's body, he flexed his claws. "But first, let's clean them up a bit, or Dawnstar won't appreciate the pelts. Too much blood makes them look abhorrent." His tongue worked quickly across several wounds, cleaning the blood away.

 

The warrior then carefully sliced open the belly, removing everything from the body and discarding it. What a lovely pelt!

"All right, I'm done - now it's your turn," he remarked, a grin on his face.

Snakebite nodded. "I skinned a cat once." He mewed

Cinderblaze grinned ferociously. "Have at it, then. I mean, we don't have much time before Dawnstar has our ears shredded! I think she wants us to get this over with as soon as possible, right? After all, she already called the retreat," the tom drawled, beckoning to the corpse of the female raccoon. They needed to finish and have the pelts ready in a few moments.

Snakebite cleaning slit the animals pelt down the center of it's stomach, making two clean cuts on each side to help it come off the animal, and cleaning skinned the raccoon.
