Closed Say what? *Help*

So recently i had a few violations: Art theft and Cursing- And i do own up to cursing! i should respect that their might be people who frown upon cursing and i should acknowledge the fact that their are younger people discovering WCO. BUT art theft?? I listed in the description that it wasn't my art and i was only using it as a visual for an oc because their coat was hard to explain! So can someone explain why i might be warned on that? I meant no intention in stealing their art let alone did i claim it was mine

Our updated policy on art theft states that if artwork was not made by you or for you, it is subject to be deleted. The image you posted was not properly credited, nor did you have permission from the artist to use it as a reference for your character, which is why it was removed and your account infracted for art theft. @TeaHouse
