Closed Mentor change

I have a quick question. My oc, Spiderpaw's, mentor has just let me know that they are quite busy and recommended that I find a new mentor for my apprentice. Do I need to resubmit Spiderpaw into the Allegiances, or is there something else I need to do?

If you look at the RiverClan Resources and go to "Ceremony Requests" in the spoiler there should be a form that says "Mentor Reassignment". If you fill that out and your reason is deemed valid your apprentice will probably receive a new mentor the next clan meeting
