Birchfawn wanted to speak to Vinesmoke a lot more. They were friends after all! The tom trotted up to the Tunneler in camp, a wide grin on his face and a purr rumbling in his throat. "Hey Vine! Wanna hang out a bit? I'm feeling a bit bored today."

Vinesmoke had been hunched over a vile chowing down when he heard his name he quickly finished the last few bites and stood up in greeting. His blue eyes flickered with happiness as he realized it was no other than birchfawn! He hadn’t been able to talk much with the tom and well he really wanted to.”Of course what did you have in mind?” He asked while walking next to birch “It’s starting to warm up if you want to go to the falls I could show you the progress we made at the back up camp” he knew birchfawn had helped patch up holes but he had done a bit more recently

Birchfawn shrugged at the tunnelers question. "I wasn't sure. Maybe a hunt or a walk." At his suggestion, the tabby tom would nod.
"It's a nice day for it. Let's take a walk down there and I'll see what you've been up to, hm?"

Vinesmoke nodded it was a nice day new leaf had sprung and full leaf was starting to arrive thiugh it still didn’t change the fact wildfire had yet to return aswell as Deadmoon being taken by twolegs.. but he would just have to push on nonetheless. He flicked an ear at birchfawns statement question “Ive been the best I can. I’ve got two apprentices very promising and been teaching Hollyhawk to become a tunneler..Been trying to fix things with Owlpaw but I feel like she’s being unfair..” he said while a hint of frustration was in his voice “I mean everyone just no questions asked welcomed her with open arms nobody cares that I was the one who foundt her dead and decaying or that I burried her..ever since I passed out cats have been treating me differently” he sighed and scuffed the ground “sorry Didnt mean to rant what about you?”
