Sure! Just fill out the form normally, and in a separate "Notes" spot on it, write how you want them positioned, etc.

Character: Blizzardpaw and Silversky
Character Reference: (Sorry, I couldn't find any reference photos) Blizzardpaw is a white tom with heterochromatic eyes (One blue, one green) he also has light gray patches all over his back (but you already knew this). Along with your character.
Type: Fullbody
Completion Level: Flat Color
Shading: Unshaded
Pose/Expression: Silversky would have a mouse in her mouth as she is looking back towards Blizzardpaw (who's a little farther back so kinda draw his smaller) as he watched her demonstrate how to catch prey with some sort of expression like this.
