Name meaning
He was originally named darkkit by his late mother who passed away shortly after he was born. The dark was a reference to his pitch black fur that somehow miraculously has a silver tint when in contact with moonlight. He decided to change his name to moonpaw because he is often found gazing into the sky at the moon at night.

Moonpaw is a sarcastically weird and slightly odd apprentice of shadowclan, seeing as he never really try’s to fit in with the others. He has a mind of his own and a will that’s tougher than iron but has a soft code of honor he follows even if nobody realizes it. He strives to learn as much as possible the more the better or at lest that’s what he’s told at least. He’s a soft gentle giant who wold rather spend his days taking walks around the forest rather than killing others and sharpening his claws. He tends to be wise at times to the point his old friend used to call him owlpaw but sadly they died in a fight a few moons back. He grieves for them still because they where the first real friend he ever made and they helped him get over being a blood thirsty beast like dawnstar. He struggles to make friends and is often alone, he’s often called emo or depressed.
