What was she supposed to do about this? Where did she begin? Her apprenticeship wasn't very stable, having hopped between three different mentors and been kidnapped and abandoned by one. The Bengal's anxiety rose with each pawstep as she approached her own. Green eyes were weary, studying the younger with distaste.
"Hey..." she spoke simply, her tail lashing behind her and her ears flattening with discomfort as she faced Ghostpaw. "Uh... you need to see the territory, right?" she spoke softly, her gaze fully avoiding theirs now and focusing on the camp entrance. She wasn't sure if she was cut out for this and the lack of confidence was very obvious.

The tom looked up as his mentor approached him. "Uhm yeah," he meows softly, his gaze on the she-cat as she spoke. She was clearly not..ready? He would do his best not to mess up and listen well.

Treetiger's ears twitched and she'd give him a curt nod. Alright, then. They'd head out... right? That's how this worked, obviously. The Bengal flicked her tail to signal they're departure, heading quickly to the camp entrance and pushing her way out. She'd simply glance over her shoulder occasionally to ensure he was still nearby. As much as she didn't want to admit it, she was fearful he'd also get kidnapped like she had when she was younger. She'd try her hardest to avoid that and make this a quick tour.
"So obviously, this is our Territory. It's the place we hunt and defend. Sometimes I just come out here to decompress and be alone. I really like our tall trees, I tend to dwell in them," her voice was still soft, unsure. She didn't want to bore him, but it was more uncomfortable to walk in silence while they made their way through the territory to the next location.

"Fits your name," the apprentice pointed out. He looked around, as he followed Treetiger. "Being alone is nice, I don't usually speak to others myself," Ghostpaw states, his ears flickered as he listened to the sounds of nature surrounding them.

No matter how hard she tried to drown them out, she couldn't escape their grasp. Her anxiety never helped the situation and Entity was fine with this. It could study the apprentice was assigned, judge him, make her hate him. But not yet. They needed to learn. So, it sank it's claws into her pelt, part of the normal routine. It was ready to speak lies into her ears and coax her back to the brink of insanity.
"Yeah, you could say that," Treetiger spoke lightly, actually liking his comment on the situation. However, her friend was rather good at making her appear unsteady as she felt it's claws digging into her pelt. She was thankful no living cat could see it, but sometimes she wanted to breathe and be free. It was hard with this friend hovering, literally, on her shoulders. It forced her fur to bristle in reaction to the pain only she could feel.
Moving onto the next part of the territory, hopefully able to hide her bristling shoulder fur until it eventually settled, she cleared her throat to speak. "So, this part of the territory is called Willow's Rise. The burial grounds for our clan. The big marker, is obviously, the large willow tree. It's a good area for prey and herbs," she'd speak, her tail flicking behind her with unease. She personally didn't like it here. This was the strongest tie to the afterlife, the place her friend really thrived for some reason....

The apprentice stiffen at the sight. "How many do you think is ...buried out here?" He asked in a whisper, almost as if afraid to speak comfortably. He looked at the willow tree carefully examining it.

Treetiger would shrug nonchalantly, flicking her tail for the apprentice to follow along after her. "Many generations at this point, it's hard to know for sure," the warrior answered, wanting to get away from this area before she started to get more anxious. Her friend didn't need to play around right now, this place was where they liked it the most.
"The next place we're about to stumble across is Firefly Cove," Treetiger explained as they'd push their way through the undergrowth. The cove came into view, a vast area that was filled with flowers currently. "We call it that because at night, it lights up. Maybe if you can find me, I'll bring you out here for that," she commented, letting him take it in before they'd move on.
