Snakekit padded back to the nursery after the enforcer battle, a rather anticlimactic event, considering both toms now held the enforcer rank. Whatever, wasn't his problem, at least right now. The black rosette tabby hummed softly as he glanced around, his different blue hued eyes landing on his aunt.

He slowly padded over, giving her shoulder an affectionate nudge before speaking "Dad had to take Kinkkit to the med den so guess you're watchin' me tonight" He said matter-of-factly with a flick of his tail.

"She had a tummy ache" He relayed as much information as he knew in a casual tone. He rolled his eyes, it was just a tummy ache, he could handle a tummy ache, geez. A hum escaped his maw as he settled in next to her much smaller kits, not only was he older than his cousins, but he was also just a big kit in general. He turned his gaze back to aunt Sweetfawn, tilting his head curiously as he waited for her response to his 'report'

"Anxiety, keep on tryin’ me"

Sweetfawn watched as Snakekit bounded towards her, she had a soft spot for the little one, bigger than his littermates and most his age, but a sweet and gentle guy. But her heart dropped hearing about Kinkkit, not another one. She knew she'd have to visit Coy soon, when he had calmed down a bit. A bubbling started in her belly as anxious waves flowed through her.

``Well, she'll be alright. I-in the, uh, meantime. What do you wanna do, little one?`` She asked as she tried to ease her mind. She groomed her paws and draped them over her ears, doing something with her paws always calmed her. She tried not to show Snakekit how anxious she was, but who knows if he'd actually take her behavior into account.

She curled her long feathery tail around the kit once she calmed, her fuzzy pelt creating some warmth. No need to worry, Kinkkit will be okay. She tried to repeat the phrase to herself but it was only a temporary aid.

"I dunno- usually I play with Kink and Little- but neither of them have been playing very much- Would you play moss ball with me?" The long kit asked, tilting his head. Snakekit knew it'd more so be be a game of fetch, not that he'd know what that was.

He looked around padding over to the nest of a sleeping queen. He chomped down on her nest, yanking a large chunk of moss from it. He balled it then swatted it at his aunt, a grin spreading across the small tom's maw.

Sweetfawn nodded. ``Sure, i'll play.`` She meowed with a smile, swatting the ball back towards him. ``You'll be able to play with my kits too, you know.`` The cream feline told him softly as she played a good game with him, it was honestly a bit relieving to unwind with something so nostalgic.
