Whack-A-Blazing! [Closed]

Duskstar stepped out of her den, stretching and yawning. She had had an idea whilst laying in her nest the night before, and now that it was bright and early in the morning, she was ready to set it into place. ThunderClan had a lot of kits and she was ready to cut down on the large list of them. As long as they obeyed what she said, they would be able to become apprentices-- besides, it'd be funny to see what she had planned.

Stopping outside the nursery, she parted her jaws to call out to the kits who she had determined were close enough to becoming apprentices. "Condorkit [ @Dust ], Ivykit [ @Sneakyfox55 ], Bravekit, Clawkit, Bonekit [ @Bravekit ], Frostkit [ @TeamRiverRipple ], Moonkit [ @Silvershadow9 ]! Come here, please. I have a special mission for you!" Duskstar, while waiting for the kits to appear, then spun around to look for a certain apprentice she wished to include in this mission... for training, of course.

"Blazingpaw [ @Starbot ], come here! I have a task for you!"

And thus, she would wait for each of the requested cats to appear, excitement blatant on her features. She didn't like kits, but she'd put aside her dislike in favor of seeing her plan take place. And to get them shoved into apprentice duties sooner.

Bravekit, Clawkit and Bonekit heard the call and rushed over, eager to hear what Duskstar had to say. Bonekit was quivering a little while Bravekit and Bonekit looked excited. @hxneysuckle

Moonkit's ears perked when she heard her name being called outside the nursery. she padded out the nursery to find Duskstar there. She must be the one who called my name, Moonkit thought worriedly. Am I in trouble? Did I do something wrong? She shuffled her paws nervously and sat a fox-length away from their leader with her tail neatly curled around her paws.

Frostkit tilted her head. Why would the leader want her, of all cats? She dipped her head, walking respectfully to the leader.

He called excitedly, ditching the mass pile of twigs he had been stacking on top of one another in the most boring form of entertainment, choosing to instead scamper out of the nursery and over to the group. Condorkit puffed out his chest, attempting to tower over the rest of the kits. He had to make a good impression - this was their leader after all! Sizing up his..competition, he couldn't wipe away the cocky smirk on his maw. They all looked like babies, whatever this was, he would win! Well.. what were they even doing?

"Are we hunting a rogue? Checking the borders for invaders?! OH! ARE WE PLANNING A RAID MISSION? DO YOU NEED US TO LEAD THE CHARGE?!" His shrill cry of excitement was enough to break glass, eyes alight with joy while he expectantly waited for Duskstar's reply.

Frostkit leaped up, unable to contain her excitement any longer. "I'm so excited for the mission too!" She squeaked. She jumped to the shrieking kit, her face scrunched up in excitement. "Maybe we'll learn about medicines stuff! I mean.." She caught herself. "Surely it'll be a rogue chase!"

The apprentice swiveled his head at the call of his ‘name’. Ears pricking as he realized who it came from. Ah yes, Duststar. “Yesss.” he called begrudgingly. Dropping the pile of sticks he had in his maw the Tortoiseshell made his way towards the Molly. Doing his best to avoid all of the little snot bags scampering towards the leader as well. “If it’s about getting stuff for the dens I haven’t gotten near enough yet.” Blazingpaw huffed once he was close enough. It wasn’t official, but maybe if he started getting the stuff now he wouldn’t have to deal with the crybabies later. So on the way back from his training session with Cedarstream he started plucking some twigs from the trees. Everything was still growing, so no twigs on the floor yet.
