[Closed] Prison Escape help

If I wanted a T3 Prison Escape, I would have to buy one T1 and one T2. That I understand.
But if I previously purchased a T1, would that count? Or do I have to get another?
And then, it says "After 3 uses, this Purrk expires".
Can I use the purrk on different cats, or is it limited to only one?

you wouldn't have to buy the tier 1 again, but you would have to buy tiers 2 and 3. the purrk can be used for different cats, not just one. @MockingRabbit
