Does "Pocket full of Purrkies" count for all cats, or just one?

Can confirm its all characters you have! So all cats you have forever and always have 4 permanent purrk slots each + temp slots ofc (so like baby boomer or most wheel purrks are temp and can be used but will vanish once done) @ Myling
