> starlingcall is nearly always silent, and not one to stand up to those stronger than itself. they have a soft spot for those who can't defend themselves and will do their best to teach them how to defend themself on their own. it's confident in itself, yet will always back down when confronted by an authority, and whether this is out of respect or duty it is unclear. however, in their inner mind, they aren't afraid to hold back against anyone, including Dawnstar herself. it will judge others and fiercely. although its outward expression seems like that of a dutiful warrior, it will be vicious if given the chance. either in battle or when given an excuse to truly speak their mind.


> Starlingcall is an... interesting character. It's perhaps as far as one could get from a "ball of sunshine". They have the tongue of a viper and aren't afraid to use it when the situation calls for it. Whether it be calling an injustice out or telling an apprentice they're a mousebrain. For this, they can be trusted to speak their mind. Right? On the surface, it appears to be a dutiful warrior, volunteering often for dangerous tasks and offering assistance to those around it. However, this is only for appearances. Starlingcall believes themself in a clan full of idiots, with only the bloodthirstiest of warriors they manage to respect. But as much as Starlingcall would love for this to be completely true, it is not. It longs for respect, and believes this act this is the only way to gain it, despite the loneliness it has trapped itself in. Although it does value respect over most things, which is why they created this mask, their mind could perhaps be changed.

> fogkit was born in riverclan with his sister, tulipkit. he was born an albino cat. one day, he was taken by a hawk snowkit style and managed to land in a pine tree in shadowclan. he was taken in and treated for his hawk wounds, and slytiger took a liking to him, declaring him his kit.


> fogpaw desperately wanted to prove that he was strong and a good shadowclan cat when he was first made an apprentice after an extra moon of being a kit due to his injury from the hawk. he tried to be stoic and uncaring but was very emotional, crying often.


> went missing at 9 moons in june 2024, returned in october 2024 at 13 moons. he was taken by twolegs and kept in a shelter for a few moons, then escaped one day. for another moon he made his way back to shadowclan. also, fogpaw now cannot have biological kits.


> now, fog(paw) is thoroughly traumatized and what he wanted to be so long ago: stoic and uncaring. he hasn't had a real sense of having a home for most of his life, and although he doesn't think he cares, and doesn't look like he cares, he seriously needs someone to show him love and give him a place he feels safe. the first person who he manages to get attached to once he's back in shadowclan will basically be his first friend.
