The brown tabby flinched at Lichenflood's words, gaining a no for returning from them. He dipped his head politely at the other tabby tom. "Thank you for listening to me, Lichenflood. I will accept your judgement," he said calmly, turning to the two remaining wardens. He still had a chance. Daisypool spoke next, granting him a yes. His heart skipped a beat. There was a chance. A grin spread on the tom's maw, green eyes gleaming. "Thank you, Daisypool," he said happily, turning to the last of the three. Dewkit. It was hard knowing that his fate lay in their hands, and could be changed by one simple word.
"RiverClan is in need of warrior's with the drive you have. I change my answer to a tentative yes. But I ask that you not waste the time you are given. Make your amends, serve your Clan, and live your life to the fullest, Cliffjumper."

The tom tried his best to keep his calm, but couldn't hide the excitement in his tone. "Thank you, Thank you so much. You won't regret it!" he promised. Applebees, here I come.
