"Okay," she said, "I'll come back tomorrow." Morninlily padded away, far enough into the forest that Forestfrost couldn't see her, smell her, or hear her.

Ugh! I meant to say no!

Then just don't go tomorrow.

Morninglily shook her head. Why did she say yes? She was thinking "no" the whole time. She pondered on thoughts of Forestfrost for a little bit, then her eyes caught a chipmunk. She lowered down into a crouch, and started stalking it.

Do you like him?

"No!" she mewled louder then she expected it would be. The chipmunk, and all the other prey scattered away.

"Everything okay?" Squirrelfur asked, coming out from behind a tree.
"Wha-?" she said startled by the appearance of her best friend.
"I was hunting when I heard a big 'No!', and it came from you. You okay?" he said, tapping his tail on her shoulder.
"Yeah, just got lost in my thoughts. You know me." She mewled in embarrasment.
"That's okay. Just don't scare al the prey away, next time." Morninglily laughed.
"So, um, what do you think of me and Fawnfrost? I don't think she likes me." he looked down at his paws.
"Squirrelfur, only you wouldn't see she has a thing for you! No offense."
"None taken. So you think she does?"
"Yes."
