Standing off to the side in his camp-guard position, Fawnsqueak watched the Clan gather in front of the Streamstone, intrigued by Lionstar's new means of address. That little amused skepticism grew exponentially when Mossypaw actually emerged to join the rest of them, and he bit back a disbelieving puff of a laugh at the sight. Approaching with a hint of a sly smile hiding in his expression, Fawnsqueak paused beside him to say, "I'm pretty sure Lionstar just wanted the cats who weren't going to... y'know," he debated how to phrase it, "put their best jerk face on for the duration of the meeting." After giving Mossypaw a lingering stare, he coughed. "Which, I mean, I get. It doesn't suit you anyway."
