Sitting down, she let out another long sigh, and was quiet, thoughts whirling. Then, she looked up from the ground, which she had focused on while she thought. The fire has left her eyes, leaving them dull. She looked defeated as she began. "Of course you're meant to be in Riverclan Mikadopaw. Every cat gets things wrong. This is only you're first training session, you can't expect to get anything or everything right on your first try. But that's why we train and listen to our mentors." She looked at him hard, but a teasing smile danced across her face. "I was like you as an apprentice." She told him, then got up once more. She did not intend on saying more.

“It’s my 2nd real training session.” He looked into her eyes. “Can I practise again?” He whispered, just loud enough for her to hear. He didn’t wait for an answer. He ran towards the river and sat, looking at his mentor.
