For the moment, Blazingstar dwelled on the thought before he had to push it to the side. Perhaps Galespring was correct, maybe he needed to stop worrying so much about other things and do what was best for him and the clan. No. He knew she was right. The clan came first. It always came first. His chest filled with determination to clean up his act. First, he'd get Alderscreech and settle things with Snowstar and then he'd presume his clan duties without the stress of other worries. "That's good to hear," he responded, hiding the fact he let a few moments between them slip. "Windclan will be your home soon. You will know it like you knew the Dusk Syndicate. It'll be like an apprentice learning the territory for the first time, you'll get it eventually. You're wild, it'll come naturally," he spoke, blinking a warm gesture. "And I'll make sure someone gets you involved in some training. Perhaps watching a few sessions with other warriors and apprentices would be a good start. It takes a long time to learn," he warned, flicking his tail a bit. Blazingstar wasn't picky in his warriors. If they wished to never grasp fighting, so be it, they simply wouldn't be allowed to partake in battles or go on border patrols. Queens especially. He's noticed some queens here loved the idea of staying a queen their whole warrior life and he didn't try to stop them. It was truly up to them.

Gazing into Blazingstar's eyes for a brief moment, a strange, unfamiliar emotion rose up in her chest. Her heart began beating at a slightly faster pace, and her fur began to heat up. It was odd to say the least. Pushing away the strange feeling, Rosethorn cleared her throat. "So, um..." She was at a loss for words, trying to figure out what to say. "I was wondering if you'd like to accompany me on my run? I don't really... know anyone else, and um..." She flicked an ear with nervous embarrassment. "I don't think the others like me very much." Blue eyes met with golden ones, and she let out a quick cough to break the brief silence.
@AbsurdJinx if you want, Fawnskip can be brought in any time now.

Fawnskip trotted out from the warriors den where she had been hiding after completing her duties. She had just finished grooming her pelt which was actually her most prized possession. She knew she was a gorgeous feline, and she used her beauty to her advantage. For example, Blazingstar. Fawnskip had the ginger tom's attention, and she knew it. She had lured him in with her unique physical appearance - he himself must've thought, at least once, that she was a pretty cat - and she would continue to keep him hooked with her genuine nature. Unlike Rosethorn, Fawnskip wasn't deceiving Blazingstar. She believed that toms preferred real, not fake, which is why she felt she always held such an advantage with toms. Most she-cats pretended to be someone they were not.
Immediately, her gaze settled on the handsome ginger tomcat she was already calling her own. Fawnskip felt jealousy burst through her. She knew Blazingstar was a flirtatious tom - she's experienced it firsthand. How dare he flirt with someone other than me! Blazingstar hadn't been flirting, but Fawnskip didn't know that. She lashed her tail, scowling darkly as she glared at Rosethorn from behind Blazingstar. Quickly, she removed her hateful gaze, offering a tuft of fur on her shoulder a quick lick. Squaring her shoulders and breathing heavily, Fawnskip worked her magic. She strode elegantly over to the two cats, her posture rather impressive. A warm smile brightened her features, her golden eyes twinkling with her usual mischievous gleam. ``Hello, Blazingstar,`` Fawnskip purred in greeting, brushing against him before sitting beside him, making sure their pelts were always touching. This was her way of telling Rosethorn that Blazingstar was hers, and only hers. She then looked to Rosethorn.``Er - I don't believe we've met?`` Her tone of voice remained soft and polite. Though she was suspicious, she had no reason yet to truly dislike the other female. After all, Fawnskip wasn't sure Blazingstar and Rosethorn had been flirting.
