"That's enough," Heroneye spoke up at last, indicating for Spiderpaw to release Sprucepaw with a flick of her tail. If she were to declare a winner in this short scuffle, she would say Spiderpaw--but, of course, that didn't mean she was "unteachable", or anything of the sort; she thought back to Spiderpaw at the beginning of their first lesson, and how far she'd come since that time.

In fact, she remembered the apprentice having a similar issue when they sparred together at the beginning of said lesson, and she was already formulating an idea of how she might want to proceed. But still, also like her last lesson, she wanted to get an idea of how the apprentices stood in terms of their feelings on the match.

"I would like to know how you two felt you did--what you think you did well, or what you'd like to improve on." She kept her tone and expression neutral, not giving away any of her own opinions on the matter. She flicked her tail at Spiderpaw with a small nod. "Spiderpaw, why don't you start?"
