Twilightstar's words were simple. Her offer, fair. Moorsong could empathize with the barn cats. Having been taken from their previous homes, just to now be getting pushed away from the home they had established here. Unfortunately, these cats didn't seem interested in the slightest, at the prospect of leaving, and at least the large, heavily scarred one, was already bent on violence.

Moorsong's silver gaze flickered around the barn cats, and decided to speak. "Fighting is the last thing we want to do," she mewed quietly. "We understand your circumstances, but ours aren't much of any better, and we have a much larger group of cats to care for,". The she-cat was already thinking about the implications during leaf-bare. Though it was a ways away, it would be here faster than she could say mouse.
