mallowpaw tumbled out of the apprentice's den, a yawn escaping her maw. you guessed it, she'd just woken up from a nap. and just in time, it seemed! owlstar's voice rang across the clearing, and mallowpaw sidled up to the crowd, taking a place next to another apprentice she hadn't yet spoken to. at least, not that she recalled.
she flopped down comfortable, greeting nectarpaw amiably. "hiya, goldy," she said, attention on grooming a stray tuft of fur just above her left paw. "excited?" it was more of an observation than a question, since the energetic apprentice was practically radiating.
