As long as they kept away from the majority of the crowd... Roosterpaw was still hesitant but willing to give it a shot. Just a shot; they hoped Darkwater understood the unspoken 'if I don't like it I'm ditching.'
Training was something they were neutral on - they hadn't done much yet in that regard, to no one's fault. It was a learning curve for both of them. Roosterpaw tipped their head to Darkwater, permitting him to lead the way.
