"Calm water, got it." Claypaw said with a nod. Then she heard the words 'big salmon' and 'difficult to catch' and her amber eyes widened. There was a little pop in her step after that. Leaf fall was a bit away sure, but by then she'll be great at fishing. The salmon better watch out when she goes out hunting! She let out a low giggle at the thought.
As they got to the brook, Claypaw looked around. Like she was actually considering where they were. So places like this would be good for catching fish. Thankfully she wasn't so distracted that she missed Duskclaw's question. "Uh... you gotta respect it. So don't go splashin' around, or the water'll leave you tired. Is there a second rule?"

She grinned at the duo's dynamic; slightly concerned mentor and the ever so outgoing apprentice. Reminded her of herself and Aspenpaw back in the days. As tough as Duskclaw usually makes himself out to be, there was still concern riddled in his speech which puts Floodsight at ease. The silverish cream coloured she-cat found herself stopping at the brook Duskclaw had found them. A clear pool of water that flowed against the intertwining rocks. Oh how she missed RiverClan. It wasn't the loud running rivers and storms that made up her love for her clan's land, but the gentle sounds of rivers and forever expanse of the sea they had. She'd never really realize how she missed this until she found herself millions of miles away. But her love for it went both ways- afterall, the rapids that took her sister still tugs at her.
"Second rule? Don't drown." Floodsight replied in amusement, along with a hint of seriousness. She meant it, but it was honestly the rule to swimming. The silver cat turned to Duskclaw wondering if he had a second rule that he taught Claypaw.

Duskclaw nodded towards Floodsight. "That's a very good rule 2, yes." He walked into the water, and signaled Claypaw to follow with his tail. Stopping in the shallower water he waits for Claypaw. "Fishing is tricky, Claypaw. The fish isn't where it is, but somewhere else depending on where you look at it. Only StarClan knows why that is. Floodsight, would you like to demonstrate?"
