"Come on, don't go too hard on her." Floodsight replied sharply as a reminder, with a small nudge to Duskclaw's side. Admittedly, she wasn't really the best at swimming at first. It took her and Sunheart, in their apprentice days, eons of training to even get used to the water. To have the ego at least meant that the little one was not afraid to try. She continued softly, "Practice makes perfect, and that's what a mentor is for- to teach her the ways."

The silver cat shuffled a little further from Duskclaw to make room for the little one to join in. Can't have the apprentice go missing mid way, could they? Her stormy eyes was warm when she gaze downwards at Claypaw as they strolled through RiverClan's territory. "Well...a good place to fish would be a good place for them to live. Don't you agree? Somewhere they can hide and some place where there is food. Most days, a calm stream or pond is your best bet, but when it gets closer to Leaf-fall, the larger rivers are filled with salmon. Though harder to catch, they make a hearty meal. Delicious too~"
