flaying with the best of them!
Event [#event] Stemstone was bored. He was now a warrior and all, but he kinda... missed training... What the heck was that? But of course, not being an apprentice any longer, than opened up a new avenue to the collector of snake skins and neat furs. The cream tom confidently strode into the center of camp, carrying in his jaws a particularly cool looking snake he killed earlier, and settled down. "Oy!" He called. "If any of y'all are interested in learning how to flay, grab a piece of prey from the pile that you're gonna eat and come over 'ere!" He invited excitedly, his stark red gaze showing his pride and confidence.
He learned to flay in an event like this hosted by Mistlewhisker, so why not? He learned from the best, so he could easily pass a skill like this on. And he's definitely been keeping up with it ever since so it's not like it went rusty. He still remembered how Mistlewhisker organized her event, so keeping in that in mind he watched with expectant, curious eyes. Interested to see how many cats would gather for this.
How this will work!
Depending on how many cats show up, Stemstone may/may not break everyone up into teams of two so they can work together and not totally deplete ShadowClan's prey pile lol.
To keep this moving along, I will post again every 3 IRL days!
And that's pretty much it! For apprentices, this would count as one training requirement, so if you're interested in your cat learning how to flay stuff this is an opportunity for that! It will also serve as a good socializing opportunity if we get enough participation to set up teams.
