Pantherkit rolled her eyes at Lionkit's tantrum, saying she started it and this that and the other thing. She didn't even bother to respond. I mean, come on. It was in his name. Lion, lying... whatever, close enough.

The she-cat had a momentary panic when Lionkit asked Mama to become an apprentice with Echokit. There was no way that Pantherkit was gonna let that furball be better than her. Before she could speak up though, Daykit shut him down and told him that they have to be at least 4 moons old. Pantherkit let out a quiet sigh of relief, not loud enough for anyone to hear that even she didn't know that.
