Seapaw had managed to get the move right the second time, so Heroneye saw it fit to move on to the text battle move. He seemed to be gaining more confidence, though the Lionheart couldn't yet shake the feeling that he was holding back in some way. If she was right, then she would be proven right soon enough, she guessed.

"Yes, that's better; you were able to apply more force while still maintaining good form," she summarized, a bit superfluously. "We'll try another move now: the leap-and-hold." This one had a bit of a learning curve to it, but it was the best way foreward, from Heroneye's experience. Challenging but not ridiculous, to put it simply.

"This move is helpful when going against a larger enemy. It's exactly what it sounds like: one leaps onto the back of one's enemy and holds on while biting and clawing, she explained. Now for the more interesting part. "First of all, I would like you to try the first part of that move, and on a real cat. Simply see if you can leap onto my back in that way," she explained, reflexively slipping into a defensive crouch.

"I won't move this time; I only want you to get used to attacking a concrete target for now. You may begin whenever you're ready."

Ah, thank goodness. They'd managed one attack, and that was a start. Onto the next. Leap and hold - it sounded a bit scary, at first, but as Heroneye explained it, it became less overwhelming. All they had to do, was leap on her back, no hitting, no clawing. Though Seapaw was growing to be a bit leggy, they still sat around average height, so they reckoned this move could work well for them! Especially against some of those crazy bulky cats they'd seen at gatherings.

Heroneye was already in a defensive crouch, so it shouldn't be too hard to jump up. So, he bundled his legs up to jump, as if he were lepaing after prey, then propelled himself toward her, in aims of landing straight on her back.
