The dark gray and white she-cat padded out at the announcement of another challenge. It felt like yesterday that the last one had concluded. Though this one was very clearly different from the get-go. Challenging any of the enforcers, let alone Dawnstar or Mistlewhisker? Hard pass for her. The Enforcer rank never held any interest to Smokefern. There needed to be some Shadowclan warriors who were content with being simple warriors. There was enough to the role for her, thank you very much. She wasn't going to take anyone's place in the line of challengers just because she was interested in sparring.
She glanced towards Newtbelly. The younger cat was eager, and not half bad at fighting. This time she supposed, she'd have someone to actually root for, if only because she knew him better than Hazycry. Smokefern padded up to Mosstangle, the one eared warrior giving her a wry smile.
