Heightened perception: Smell
~~~ Spiderpaw flinched at the sharpness of Fallenspirit's tone, ears flattening on her head as though she had just been struck by the tom. Oh, oh no oh no oh no... She had offended him! Spiderpaw looked down at her paws, ashamed that she had upset him so much by thoughtlessly letting herself stare. She should've just waited for Softsky.
"I-I'm sorr-ry," She stammered, not daring to look back at the angry tom. "I-I didn't me-ean to b-bother you... I w-was... th-thinking... ab-bout a-a-asking someone t-to... t-teach me... to sw-wim..." She explained quietly, stuttering despite her best efforts to keep her anxiety down. She wanted nothing more than to sprint back into the apprentice den and hide back in her nest in that moment. He would probably be even more upset if she just ran away... or not? She didn't know. It didn't seem worth the risk.
