The apprentice's head perked up, as they listened to Berryshine call patrols. They hoped they'd be on one - herb patrols were particularly nice. Seagrass Fields, not him, Lionsbeach - ah! Him, and... Rainpaw! He hadn't spoken to her properly in - ah, how long had it been again... They had no idea. It'd be good to catch up. Aaand, Eaglewing was taking them, who, admittedly, he hadn't met before. Unless he'd forgotten, that was always possible with them.

They made their way over, taking a good look at the example herbs. Goldenrod - that's one they'd learnt about during first aid training, right? He made sure not to stick his nose in that - he didn't wanna be sneezing till the end of time. Lavender, though, he'd never encountered, so they gave it a good sniffle, before wrinkling their nose. It was a lovely smell, don't get them wrong, but gosh it was strong!
