No complaints - that was a good start. "I hope not," he agreed with Hazycry - that wouldn't be ideal. With a tail flick, he led the way into the territory, till they reached a shaded spot in the woods. "This seems like a good spot." The tom scented the air, happily noticing that there was plenty of prey about.
He began to stalk along, following the trail of a mouse. There it was, scuffling round a bush. He waited for it to come to a pause, then pounced. [Rolled: 12] Looked like his timing wasn't perfect, and the thing began to scurry - thankfully, he managed to grab it with a claw. A swift nip, and a breath of relaxation. Thank goodness for that. He silently thanked it for its life, and buried it.
