The warrior listened to the others silently. As she had said to Lambthistle, she had little opinion who became or stayed an Enforcer. The goings on of the high ranks were of little interest to her. Yes, it was good to know
who was above her in order to show proper deference, but the squabbles of those trying for the rank were boring. It wasn't apathy, well, not entirely. But Rookfire and Owlthroat were qualified for the position, and she wasn't close enough to either to be swayed to either's side. And the clan seemed about as split. Smokefern let out a quiet sigh, and shook her head.
