Cats can carry a maximum of five (5) herbs, unless they have the Collector purrk.

Remember: Every patrol member has to report, and in your report, provide a link to where the herbs were gathered, including how many herbs were gathered. Failure to do so will invalidate the patrol and risk punishment of your character.

Apprentices, if your warrior companions do not show, find someone else to accompany them or inform Sleepysunrise directly!

She wasn’t too pleased with how the storage was looking after the last cleaning, head tilted aside as she pondered what herbs to seek out. Hopefully this round of patrols would do better, she was less than impressed after the last time. Unfortunately, half these warriors couldn’t do something as simple as plucking a flower if they tried.

"Newtbelly, take Deerpaw and Canopypaw to Dawning Woods for moss and cobwebs. Bring me some burnet too, if you find any. It is a tall grass-like plant with purple blooms forming an oval shape on top."
An enforcer should be able to handle the two apprentices.

"Shrewstep, go with Tinywolf and Darkpaw to Darkwater Mire for comfrey and borage. Comfrey leaves are thick and oval-shaped and sprout out of the ground, the roots are dark and short."
She showed the disgraced former enforcer, warrior and medical aid with an example of borage.

"Roachflare. You are taking Wormbelly and Stormypaw out to the General Territory for uprooted chervil and blessed thistle. Blessed thistle is a thorny shrub with pricked leaves. The bloom is yellow and red, and resembles a spider."
As for chervil, she presented them with an example from the storage.

"Mistlewhisker. Take Foghaze and Grottopaw out for burdock root and boneset."
She showed the group an example of both plants, giving them a moment to take it in.

"Pondlily. You, Blackberrybat and.. Wispypaw are going to Mourning Ruins for coltsfoot, lavender and uprooted dandelion. Coltsfoot is a group of tiny yellow flowers with many straight, thin petals. Lavender is a tall plant, with straight leaves and tiny purple blooms on top; the plant is particularly fragrant, too. Dandelions resemble coltsfoot, but are noticeably bigger with longer and thicker stems."
Hmm what a mouth full. Hopefully these patrols would succeed. Time to wait for them all to leave.
