Seabreeze poked his head into the apprentice den with a single target in mind. Aspenpaw. Who has noticeably not been constantly biting at Seabreeze’s heels and with how much the former lionheart has been in and out of the apprentice den, he’s noticed that Aspenpaw has been in his nest more often than not. Something that worried him. No snark at the gathering and nearly getting himself and Floodsight in trouble with it recently either.

Spotting the grey apprentice, the tom had no qualms padding over and pressing his cold nose against Aspenpaw’s forehead. Not rough but firmly enough to shake awake the younger feline. “Hey anklebiter, time to get up. We’re going out.” He attempted to speak nonchalantly but perhaps to a cat that knew Seabreeze better you could tell that there was a nervous sort of undertone to the words.
