Jasminepaw didn't really stop laughing at his playful little bats, but she did slow her laugh a little to a soft chuckle. Lashing her tail across his face again. "Oh come now! You can't protest if you laughed too!" She pointed out amused. But then, her dark amber, almost red, gaze grew just a touch more serious. "In all honesty though, you did seem a little distracted. Is everything okay?" She mewed, tilting her head to one side. She knew a little about his family dynamics, they were practically raised side-by-side after all. So she hoped by checking in and offering her ear, Hawkpaw would feel comfortable enough to open up a bit.
