He'd mourned for long enough. Too long, truthfully. He'd wallowed in his frustration and pity, he hadn't sent out patrols in a while and it hadn't hit him until just this morning. Even more annoyance and frustration bubbling within him at the realization. He'd do better, he'd have to.

With a flick of his tail he walked towards the Undercrag, face stern. Serious. It would be a lot, he'd be sending out a good chunk. But he'd have to make up where he fell short. Something he himself despised, at this point he was becoming just as useless as the past ThunderClan ranks.

"LISTEN UP." his voice boomed across the clearing. Ears angled forwards.

"We took a second to breathe, and I myself fell short in more recent times. So today's gonna be a day full of nothin but patrols. Both huntin and Border. We suffered recently, but we won't let the other Clans use that to their advantage." a pause as he looked at those who gathered, and those who listened scattered around camp.

"I'm sorry." another moment to think, breathe before he spoke up again. "Let's knock the other clans off their paws. If you hear your name, you're goin on a patrol."

Optional Patrol prompt: Somehow, one of you gets smacked in the face by a fish??? From the sky??? Did a bird drop it?

Make sure to head to Smallpines and make sure the fish are still flounderin. Reset the scent markers. Don't go causin trouble unless they start it, than I expect you lot to finish it." he hummed.


Optional Patrol Prompt: One of you step on something slimy while crossing that tree bridge! Ewww what was it? Oh. Look a frog !

You lot are headed towards Herondive Hollow on a Border Patrol. Keep an eye out." he said. Gaze turning Silverleopard, a sharp stare. "Silverleopard. You're to watch the pair of mentors and see how they treat their apprentices when it comes to a border patrol. You've got a think or two to learn, so Fleapaw wont' be joinin you on this one. Hopefully this will help you grow as a Mentor rather than get irrationally angry at a question." a snort.

Optional Patrol Prompt: Flowers have begun to bloom, makes you feel energized and maybe you'll make a flower crown!

Border patrols were out of the way. That just left hunting patrols. Ear twitching. They needed prey, and in a pretty not so good way as well. How could he make this enticing for others to join?

Optional Patrol Prompt: One of you accidentally bites into a cattail. Blech. But now you have nice fluffy cotton for nests in the elders , medicine and nursery dens!

"Next. For huntin patrols. Dandelionmane ( @seeingstars ) , Autunmsong ( @Wiggleworm ) , Raggedear ( @korok ) , Nettlepaw ( @kairosclerosis ) , Ivypaw ( @Frozen Reign ) and Beetlepaw ( @/Me ) will be headed towards Cattailpond. Catch what you can.

"Myself , Mudhound ( @Rani ) , Wolfhawk ( @Bean ) , Fireflypaw ( @Rowan ) , Butterflypaw ( @Idiotic.Bean101 ) an Hollowpaw ( @Neptune. ) are headed out towards Sunkissed creek for the other huntin patrol." his whiskers twitched in thought for a moment before a small grin crossed his features.

"For huntin. The team who brings back the most prey does not have to stay up for night watch for the entire week. The one who looses must." tail lashing behind him.

"As for the border patrol. You're free to catch what you can too. If you lot catch prey, you can pick which team to contribute prey too and change the tides dependin." he said, a chortle tacked on at the end.

"Find those you're assigned with and get to work!"

These patrols are due Febuary 7th at 11:59PM! If you are unable to attend the patrol, dm me and vm your patrol partners so they aren't waiting on you!
