The she-cat stalked slowly in a crouch, eyes fixed on the bird in front of her. Snakesoul bunched the muscles in her hind legs to prepare to spring. 'Jump now!' A crimson red snake snarled the words at her. It paced back and forth, slithering in the inside of her mind. A blue figure appeared out of a dark corner and glanced at it's red counterpart warily.
'We have to wait. Or it'll fly away.' The red snake swerved it's head to glare at the blue snake. 'You and your waiting. We've waited long enough.' The blue snake opened it's mouth to object but the red was faster. It let out a burst of vemon towards the blue snake's narrow face.
The aqua snake let out a hiss of pain and lept back. The crimson dragon scowled at the other and rose up onto two legs. With a mighty hiss it slammed down onto the ground. With a jolt, Snakesoul sprung into the air and lept toward the unsuspecting robin. Her frantic jump disturbed the grass below, alerting the bird.
It started it to take off into the air but the she-cat hooked it with her claws and brought it down with a snap of it's neck. Snakesoul let out a dark little chuckle. The she-cat glanced around to see if anyone saw before lashing her tail. She huffed, turned around and stalked back towards camp with her prize hanging from her jaws.
