Patrols. He was grateful for something to do. Not that he'd led a patrol before, but it was only borders, right? What could go wrong? Well, many things, he knew that. But it was best not to think about that. He knew Herondive Hollow well enough. His patrolmates were two 'paws, neither of which he knew. Hopefully, they wouldn't be too troublesome.

The tom padded closer, taking a spot in the clearing. "Over here for Herondive Hollow," he waved his tail, hoping to gain the apprentices' attention, that is, if they were in the clearing. If they weren't, well, he'd look quite silly, wouldn't he?
