Daywhisper silently padded into camp, brows furrowed in thought as she thought of the last 24 hours alone, Hollykit had attacked his sister over an accident, and then there was her conversation with Crow. She sighed heavily, trying to shake the thoughts from the front of her mind.
With her kits not needing to be watched constantly, she felt useless to her clan. She knew it would be a bit of a transition from queen back to warrior, but she never expected things to end up this crazy on her first moon back.
The cream-and-white warrior wasn't exactly paying attention to where she was going, occasionally tripping when the ground rose or fell slightly. She couldn't get out of her thoughts. The conversation with Crow was her fault, but was her son's outburst hers too? She sucked a shark breath in through her teeth.
When did her kids problems stop being hers? would they always be hers? would she be stuck forever cleaning Holly's messes?
