When the bubbly she-cat had heard her name called by the new medicine cat she instantly perked her ears up and her head flicked in his direction. She had been daydreaming as the tom had called other patrols out but she didn’t expect to hear her
own name. And she got to lead other cats with her! Super-duper cool. Okay then—she had to calm down. Act all noble and serious alright? Yeah- she could do that! Totally…right…right?
Ignore her brain, she leapt towards the exit of camp to separate herself from the gathering group a bit. She couldn’t be all jumbled in there and act orderly. “
Snakepelt! Alpinepaw! C’mon, over here!” she rumbled out loudly, hoping the cats could hear her amongst all the other groups forming. And oh the thought of having an apprentice around! Hopefully that could prepare her for Willowpaw.
