The kit sat in horror as it listened to the rules of the game… Rushing facepalmed. Good starclan. Once again wild was up to no good. Hitting us with rocks. That was so smart of wild, she might be the smartest kit in all of shadowclan. ”This is a stupid game! What if one of us getting a seriously hurt. What are we gonna tell the medicine cat?” Spark was distancing itself from the group of kits, little steps at a time. Now static was sitting this one out for good. ”You guys can have fun playing! I’ll just stand back here so I don’t get hit by a rock! Thanks!!” The kit exclaimed in a scared but happy tone.

" Alright blokes, here's the game," Wildkit slowly roved her gaze over the other kits; figuring out a way to make this game more than a hassle. " So we all take turns holding this rock here." needle claws scraping over a sizable stone " And what you do, is you fling it at somebody. Hard as you can. If the stone misses, you lose a point. But if the stone hits them on the bloody melon, or anywhere else, you get a point. You also get to give them a dare that they can't say no to. For instances 'go sniff the bum of the smelliest elder' or 'go eat a rats tail' and so on, and if the victim rejects the dare they automatically lose, and we all beat them up!"
okay.. so the last part was unnecessary, but it would add some good fun.
" Now we all start off with two points, the goal is not to lose those points, and to gain double the amount. So whoever reaches four points wins. Any questions? No? Okay then. Game-bloody-on fellas." Ending the introduction there, she quickly stood. "Hmmmm.... Cranekit, you get the first toss." Rolling the stone in her direction, she got into postion and awaited the chaos.

in all honestly, wildkit was strange too, but wildkit could also definitely beat her in a fight, so cranekit wouldn't be causing any trouble on that front. stopping the stone as it rolled towards her, golden eyes narrowed as she scanned her possible targets. winning or losing didn't matter so much as making this fun, and fun it would be. hollow was the obvious choice, wild was too wild-y and there were no fun dares for rushingkit. at least, hollow would have been the obvious choice had rushing kept sparks' mouth shut.

cranekit had made up her mind before rushing finished its first sentence. "stars, you're such a buzzkill, you know?" with a huff, she scooped up the stone, letting it rest for a moment before focusing her gaze on hollow once more. she wound her arm back in preparation, watching, waiting.

three. two. one.

"you better duck!" she released, springing the rock towards her sister- except, it wasn't going towards hollowkit. she pivoted moments before the rock left her paw, spinning to face rushingkit instead. the stone escaped captivity, flying towards the noggin of her littermate, an act of betrayal, an act of revenge.

yes, they would have family fun time today. rushingkit would not be backing out.

Hollowkit didn't say anything else for the next few breaths, her own thoughts wondering inside their skull waiting to be called upon. Blue and amber eyes glazed over as she stares into Wildkit's eyes, Hollowkit just stared. Nothing more, nothing less. The explanation was simple enough in their eyes. The coward spoke first, it made Hollowkit physically shake as a laugh echoed through her mind then out of her maw gently. A quiet sound that wasn't raspy like her normal voice, it faded afterwards as Hollowkit silenced herself once more.

They fix their posture, the once bent and drooping pose they held now replace with a taller stance as she stood instead of the former sitting position. Cranekit had the first turn and Hollowkit wasn't planning on damaging her face further than the scar that crossed the left side of their face. The words that left Cranekit's mouth didn't shock her, but they followed orders...roughly. Instead of ducking they stepped to the side.

Into the path of the stone. She couldn't have guessed the sudden shift in their siblings stance. She wouldn't have known, right...? Welp, it was too late now and the stone smacked Hollowkit's forehead. A wince escaped her muzzle as they swiftly tapped a paw to the spot that small rock collided with. No bleeding. That was good. "Fine. Damage...none." They stated outwardly. She knew the less exciting part of the game was too come so they had a the response ready. If they were going to say no and getting beat up then she would do it on their own terms.

"Beat up. No dare." The fool had taken the stone for Rushingkit...on accident. Sigh...
