@wolfie

In the daylight, Oleander could see the emaciated cat's body better. It was truly a medical disaster. It would take way more than a few herbs to fix it. The young tom bit his lip tensed, his fangs coincidentally fitting neatly into the two scars across his muzzle. He gestured to a spot where he'd said out large leaves. He didn't want to use moss because it could get into wounds. He tisked with his tongue and circled the patient. He'd gathered some burdock root to treat the infection and a good amount of burnet. He'd been lucky enough to find some marigold after all.

Oleander examined the visible injuries. He could clean them relatively well and apply some cobwebs and burdock poultice. He kept glancing from the cat, who in daylight seemed kinda familiar, to Nick, fussing anxiously with the herbs. He wasn't good enough to handle such a severe case. There were broken limbs, too, which he carefully fit into splints.

After the outside was done, it was time to turn inwards. This would mean getting the black cat to swallow some herbs. Oleander decided to go marigold first. He leaned down to the other.

"Eat up this plant, its marigold. It'll help clear up the internal effects of the infection in your body. Please. " The young tabbico couldn't say more out loud, but he tried hard to make eye contact with the other, pushing to portray with his face that he wasn't an enemy and understood how grave the situation was. He was as earnest as he could be, without saying everything he was thinking out loud, in fear of angering Nick. Though it wouldn't be of much use when he realized the patient was blind.

He moved on to the butnet now. This one was the big one. It would give the other tom a burst of strength, which he needed to hopefully escape. Oleander had upped the recounted dose a bit. Sometimes, the solution was stuffing someone with cat steroids.
"Burnet will give your body the extra energy it needs to fight all the injuries. It's good for you to eat." he said and bent down to push the leaves towards the other's face.
"I want to get you out, but I don't know how yet." he whispered quietly before pulling away, not daring to look at Spirit. The black cat's injuries were too grave. He barely felt like he'd done anything at all. He needed stronger herbs to boost him up but didn't know any. He also needed a way to convince the other he meant no harm. Cold swear was running down his toes.

@taillow (feel free to yeetudls fawn for a post. She can honestly help in any way u want it's just important for a ghost to show up to freak out Spirit)
