Glimmermask lifted his head as Bumblestar began speaking again. He was already tense hearing the news about ShadowClan and RiverClan. Oh, stars, please don’t come to war with them... That was the last thing the Clans needed right now.

Alas, their leader began talking about something else entirely. Assignment of apprentices and mentors, apparently. The pointed tom allowed himself to relax a little. Maybe he would get an apprentice? Probably not, though he had to admit he liked the prospect of having a new cat to work with.

His eyes searched the crowd for the kits that had been called forward, as he anticipated them stepping up to the Stormcrest.
