Milkkit shook their head, disapprovingly. "Hate you?" they blurted, as if it was the most ridiculous thing they'd ever heard. In a way, it almost was. "Uhm, I barely know you."

They clawed at a chunk of moss bedding, trying to occupy themselves while they spoke. "Let's be friends. We both are kinda... lonely, right? I'd really like to be friends with you." It hoped it came across as sincere, because they really did want to be friends.
