"aw, well it ain't no trouble." maplespice reassures, beaming when beetlewing agrees!!! to sharing a meal!! they're not sure why they're so giddy over it, but they feel as happy as a kit playing mossball. "thanks, darlin'! real sweet of ya." she meows, aiming to affectionately headbutt the tabby's flank. they happily take a big chomp of the thrush when beetle pushes it towards them.
