Newtberry had been disappointed ever since he was outright rejected from attending the patrol to Riverclan a moon ago. Ever since, he'd been trying to figure out a way to get his revenge, when it came to him, clear and simple. He'd just need to get on a patrol and hope to find a Riverclan cat on the border so he could chase them off, and maybe even kill them.

He had not the slightest idea of how to get himself on a patrol when he realized he could just ask. So, he tried to catch Twilightstar before she got to her den. "Hello Twilightstar, I was just wondering if you think Riverclan still need to be taught a lesson. Or, at least, the cats who cross the border. I could go help enforce it, if you want, make sure there ain't no suspicious business," the gray tom offered.
